We will present the results of implementation of an application that computes the Plan vs. Actual GAP in real-time for the purpose os allowing the manufacturing team to more closely adhere to Plan.  After over a year of operation the client reports substantial economic benefit as well as impact of the application on operational excellence, maintenance and reliability.
